SisterWorks is a not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to empowering women from migrant, refugee, and asylum-seeker backgrounds through economic independence. By offering comprehensive job readiness training, mentorship programs, and support for entrepreneurship, SisterWorks provides women with the skills, confidence, and connections they need to thrive in the workforce and beyond.
Through SisterWorks CircularWorks, the organisation also promotes sustainability by repurposing a wide range of materials that may otherwise go to landfill. This initiative not only reduces waste but also provides employment and hands-on skills development for participants, contributing to the circular economy.
Guided by values of respect, inclusion, and empowerment, SisterWorks breaks down barriers and creates opportunities for women to succeed.
