Ethical Clothing Australia hosted Voices Behind the Seams at the State Library of Queensland, bringing together industry voices to explore the importance of ethical local garment production.
The event shared the stories and experiences of workers and highlighted the role of transparency, fairness and compliance in Australia’s textile, clothing and footwear industry. Guests heard from speakers across the sector and joined an important conversation about protecting the rights of workers and supporting a more responsible textile industry.
