• I understand that payment is non-refundable.
• I understand that Ethical Clothing Australia will use my answers to review my final fee based on the schedule of fees.
• I acknowledge that any errors or omissions made by me may result in the charging of incorrect fees. If this occurs I accept that additional fees may apply.
• I will advise Ethical Clothing Australia within seven days of any changes to my manufacturing circumstances such as adding or removing suppliers or homeworkers, ceasing all local manufacturing, moving location or changing contact details.
• I understand that the information provided in this form will be used as part of a business listing on the Ethical Clothing Australia website.
• I understand that email addresses provided in this form will be added to Ethical Clothing Australia’s business email list.
• By signing this document you agree to abide by Ethical Clothing Australia’s Code of Practice, incorporating Homeworkers Manufacturers Agreement 2018.
