Run by ECA accredited brand REMUSE, MIKÕKO is a cross-disciplinary, immersive experience that integrates fashion, sight, sound and taste as a fully sensory exploration of the natural world.

Close The Loop: Materials and Making Workshop
Close The Loop is a upcycling-recycling workshop hosted by ECA accredited brand and manufacturer The Social Studio. During this interactive workshop, participants will have the opportunity to get crafty and crochet with rag yarns sourced from The Social Studio’s cutting room floor.

Clothing The Gaps Tee Party
ECA accredited Wurundjeri/Melbourne streetwear brand Clothing The Gaps is holding a Tee Party on the first weekend of the festival. This event will feature live performances showcasing the new collection, plus music, food, and drinks. They are also upcycling old T-Shirts, giving them a new life.

Fashion Talk: Sustainability Update
Courtney Holm, founder of ECA accredited brand A.BCH, will feature as part of this discussion which will look at ethics within fashion, sustainability and innovation practices. The panellists will also discuss the current challenges and potential solutions of sustainable fashion with a particular focus on fibres and materials.

The Envision Runway showcases a considered approach to dressing. This runway will focus on designs crafted from naturally sourced materials and a minimal environmental footprint. This event features ECA accredited brand Arnsdorf.

New Model Beauty Evolution
ECA accredited brand NMBQ and their manufacturing arm New Model Beauty Queen are opening their brand new manufacturing facility in Thomastown for one day only. This event will include demonstrations of their printing facilities and garment manufacturing operation, perfect for new brands and members of the public with an interest in garment manufacturing. From 6pm, there will be showcase of new collection from their in-house brand, NMBQ.

Suit Up Runway
Featuring ECA accredited brand Nobody Denim, this runway invites you to explore the suit and its conventions in a range of colours, fibres, forms and patterns.
