Melbourne Fashion Week is here! A little later than normal but jam packed full of events for you to attend (COVID safe, of course!) Check out our guide below to find out how our ECA-accredited businesses are participating in the week! 


  1. ECA on Re-Wiring The Fashion System Panel 

Our National Manager Angela Bell will be speaking in conversation with Jade Sarita Arnott (Arnsdorf), Leila Naja Hibri (Australian Fashion Council) and Melissa Singer (The Age) about how the fashion industry can transform in today’s climate and how clothing could be consumed post pandemic. Presented by Creative Victoria this is one conversation you don’t want to miss! Find out more HERE

  1. Digital Shows 

Starting from November 23rd Melbourne Fashion Week runways have gone digital, bringing the shows directly to you! Keep an eye out for Arnsdorf and Viktoria & Woods shows during the week. Find out more info HERE. 


  1. Phoenix, Paradigm, Evolution 

Kangan Institute is providing you with a backstage pass to their M/FW exhibition, Phoenix, Paradigm, Evolution. Through a series of installations, videos, images and interviews, this mixed media experience will showcase their student’s journey in the wake of COVID-19 to create show stopping designs that embody their individuality and style. Find out more HERE.   1. Meyers Place Runway 

M/FW is transforming this hidden city laneway into an open-air street runway to celebrate some of our city’s coolest tastemakers in fashion. Featuring ECA-accredited Remuse. There are two ways to reserve your space for this runway – a free runway seat (strictly limited spaces) or you can book a restaurant package to enjoy the runway while dining alfresco. Find out more info HERE.   1. Shop The City 

Support local retailers including ECA accredited Veronika Maine who are offering 25% off as Melbourne’s premier shopping event, Shop the City, takes over the city once again. Shop The City includes looks direct from the M/FW runway. Find out more HERE. When: 27th – 30th November city wide 


  1. Pop Up 3 – Festive Season at Bourke Street Mall 

A roving pop up runway featuring looks from Melbourne’s top designer stores including the ECA-accredited Manning Cartell showcasing celebration looks for the festive season ahead. This is your exclusive look at what these retail favourites have on offer for the warmer months. Highlighting our city’s love for celebration and fashion, this pop up kicks off Melbourne’s Christmas Festival and a weekend of shopping. Find out more info HERE. When: 27th November 6 & 7pm.
